With a Master’s in Sports Management and a background in law, he brings together on-court expertise and a strong understanding of sports business, athlete management and ecosystem development.

As the Founder of BASE Sports (Bhambri Academy of Sporting Excellence),  His work focuses on developing professional training programmes, strengthening coaching standards, and creating environments where players can progress through the right combination of technical training, physical development, mentorship, and competitive opportunities. For almost 2 decades now, Prateek has been building structured coaching systems and creating sustainable pathways for athletes across India.

Beyond athlete development, Prateek is passionate about making sport more accessible and increasing awareness of its role in education, wellbeing, and personal growth. Through his work across tennis, pickleball and padel, he is contributing to the growth of racquet sports in India, encouraging wider participation, and helping build a more organised and professional coaching ecosystem. His vision is to bridge the gap between grassroots participation and high-performance sport while creating opportunities for athletes, coaches, and sporting professionals to grow.

Through BASE Sports, Prateek continues to work towards a more inclusive, structured, and sustainable sporting landscape in India, where quality coaching and athlete development are accessible to a wider community.
